How do I join Follow?

Follow uses a leader-vouched registration system. You can join by:

  1. Scanning a QR code provided by your group leader, or
  2. Receiving an invitation from your group leader

This ensures only verified members of your local unit can access your group.

I can't log in. What should I do?

If you're having trouble logging in:

  1. Check that you have an active internet connection
  2. Try restarting the app
  3. If you still can't log in, contact your group leader or email support@followlds.com

How do I change my name or profile information?

You can update your profile information within the app settings. If you need help, contact support@followlds.com.

How do I leave a group?

Contact your group leader to be removed from a group. If you need assistance, email support@followlds.com.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@followlds.com with your request. Include your name and the groups you belong to. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Can I use Follow for non-church groups?

Follow is designed specifically for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and their local units. All groups must be approved by authorized leaders.

Why do I need to provide my birth month and day?

We collect your birth month and day (not year) for account recovery purposes. This helps us distinguish between users who have the same name. Only group leaders can see this information.

Is my information private?

Only members of your group can see messages you send in that group. Group leaders can create posts and events that all group members can see.
